KUKLJICA IS A SMALL TOURIST RESORT AND A FISHERMEN VILLAGE SITUATED AT THE VERY SOUTH-EASTERN POINT OF THE ISLAND OF UGLJAN CONNECTED WITH A BRIDGE TO ANOTHER PICTURESQUE ISLAND-PAŠMAN.

HOW TO FIND KUKLJICA
​
To get to Kukljica it is necessary to get on a car ferry or a passenger boat. If you come by car, the ferry departs from the port of Gaženica, modern and organised, easily accessible point from the highway. It is located about 4 km from the center of Zadar, and about 2 km from a modern shopping center.
If you are coming by air, airport Zadar is just 15 minutes away from Gaženica, in that case you will need a taxi.
The boat is for passengers only, it is located in the center, so if you wish to explore Zadar's monuments, you can do so on a daily basis. 
Approximately 20 minutes of sailing with stunning views of both Zadar and island will take you to your destination.
Kukljica is well connected with Preko by buses (the bus ride takes another 10 minutes).

WHAT CAN YOU FIND IN THE CENTER OF KUKLJICA

 

in the center of Kukljica you will find the village square with the market, where people sell domestic local produce, a post office where you can change money, an outpatient clinic, 2 shops, bakeries, newsagents, cafes, school park with children's playground, church, port and more. On the opposite side of the village, there is the tourist office, where you can find out all the information you need.
